Oscar Vent Rivas(-) is a writer.

Rivas was born as the son of Arnaldo Goncalves Rivas () and María de Concieção Bento Faria (Angolan). His first publication was a two-part novel and in 1927 Nuvens que passam(past clouds) and 1929Resgate de uma falta(rescue of deficiency).
