Career

Born as Takashi Mizuta's eldest son in Taku Village (present). After graduating from the German law department (Meiji 39). , Director of Tobacco Division, Head of Nanjo Office, and Director of Internal Affairs.

(Taisho 11th year), was elected Mayor Tsu, and stayed until (Taisho 14 years). In the following year he took office as Social Director, and stayed until the Showa 3rd. (Showa 5 years) was elected Mayor of Sasebo, served until (Showa 9). After that, I ran for ·, but I could not win the prize.

In addition, he served as a managing director.
