• Certified as Hiroshima Prefectural Route No. 276 Shimo Eiyoshikawa Line by October 10 Notice No. 682.
• November 1 will be changed to the current route number by reorganizing the prefectural road number of Hiroshima prefecture.
• Out of April 20 · · · As the respective municipalities merged and Higashihiroshima City started, all sections became the route passing only Higashihiroshima city area, and also the place name notation of the starting point was changed .

Route condition

Whether there is a Miyakeya water source pond, there are many undeveloped places on the east side, and the passage of large vehicles is banned, whereas the west side is well maintained road.
